How do I care of my Surhilo item?

Alpaca wool was often referred to as “the fiber of the gods” by the ancient Incas. Alpaca wool is as soft as cashmere, stronger than mohair, and warmer than sheep wool.  Alpaca wool is an exceptional insulator and is very durable.  Its fibers are naturally elastic and will stretch to fit most head shapes and sizes.  Alpaca wool is naturally hypoallergenic (it does not contain lanolin) and will not irritate the skin.

Alpaca is naturally stain-resistant due to the water-repelling oils in the fiber. To wash your Alpaca knitwear, wash by hand in cold water with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry.
